6.紛失または破損・汚損等
会員は、以下の各号のいずれかに該当する場合、直ちに当店にメールまたはLINE公式アカウントを利用し届け出るものとします。
（１）会員が運搬中、使用中、または保管中（ご登録住所へお届けした時点から返却をした時点までの期間）に発生した事故・盗難・火災等によってレンタル商品もしくはその一部が紛失・破損・汚損した場合
（２）会員が本サービスに登録したお届け先住所の誤記、記入漏れなどによりレンタル商品もしくはその一部が紛失・破損・汚損・盗難にあった場合
（３）会員が諸規定に定める方法を守らずサービスを利用したことにより、レンタル商品もしくはその一部が紛失・破損・汚損・盗難にあった場合
（４）その他、会員の故意・過失によりレンタル商品もしくはその一部が紛失・破損・汚損・盗難にあったと当店が判断した場合
利用者は、レンタルアイテム以外の物を当店に返却しないように注意した上で返却を行うものとします。
当社は、返却時にレンタルアイテム以外の物が送付されていた場合であっても、当社は当該送付物に対する補償等につき一切の責任を負わないものとし、当該誤送付にかかわる一切の責任は会員が負うものとします。
7.補償金および弁償金
当社にレンタル商品が到着すると、レンタル商品状態確認作業を行います。レンタル商品状態によって補償金および弁償金を請求させて頂く場合があります。
レンタル商品における、通常のご使用による若干の汚れ、微細な傷等の修理・クリーニング等、レンタル商品状態を改善するための処置（以下「修繕」といいます。）のための費用は発生いたしません。
レンタルアイテムにおける破損・汚損（匂いの付着、その他本来の商品価値を損なった場合・紛失・盗難を含む）の取扱いは次の通りです。
（１）修繕が必要な破損・汚損 返却されたレンタル商品に修繕が必要な場合、適正な修繕費用、諸手続き料および破損・汚損による、当社所定の当社の損失の補償金（以下「補償金」といいます。）をご負担いただきます。
（２）修繕不可能な破損・汚損・紛失・盗難 返却されたレンタル商品について、完全に修繕することが不可能な場合、もしくは本条の定める紛失・盗難にあった場合、会員は当該レンタル商品に係る当社所定の弁償金（以下「弁償金」といいます。）をご負担いただきます。
本サービスの補償金額は、以下となります。
(1) 盗難、紛失の場合:定価の70%
(2) 破損・汚損で修繕不可能の場合:定価の70%
(3) 破損・汚損があるものの修繕可能な場合:定価の10%~20%
登録履歴のあるクレジットカードで決済いたします。
当店はレンタルアイテムの到着後10営業日以内を目処に、ご登録いただいたメールアドレスに修繕必要の旨、もしくは修繕不可能の旨と補償金もしくは弁償金の金額を通知いたします。会員は当社の提示した補償金もしくは弁償金を、当社所定の方法で遅滞なく支払うものとします。
上記通知発信後5日以内は、当該レンタルアイテムの補償金・弁償金に関するご質問やお問合せを、本サイト上の定める範囲内において受け付けます。ただし、補償金および弁償金の減額、もしくは免除は一切認められませんのでご了承下さい。
通知発信後、5日以内に会員から補償金および弁償金に関するお問い合わせ等のご連絡が無い場合、および当店が本サイト上の定める範囲内において会員のお問合せに回答した場合、会員はその金額のご負担に同意いただいたものとみなし本サイト上で定めた方法によりその金額をお支払いいただきます。原則としてご登録いただいたクレジットカードに請求いたします。
